Dear Residents,
It is our pleasure to inform you that this year we are going to celebrate Durga Puja, Lakshmi Puja, Kali Puja and Saraswati Puja in a befitting manner like pre pandemic era. Durga Puja will be inaugurated on Panchami, 30th September 2022. The detailed information of the above events will be circulated later.
Subscriptions :
As decided in the last SGM, the subscription for all the above Pujas shall be Rs. 800/- and the subscription for Annual Membership shall be Rs.1, 000/-.
All residents are requested to come forward wholeheartedly and co-operate. The modes of payment are:
(a) By cheque to – ‘Salt Lake FE Block Residents’ Association.’
(b) By Cash – To Lane Members and at the office of the Association at the Community Centre on the days mentioned below.
Office Functioning :
It has been decided that the Association office shall remain open on the days as mentioned below.
This will be effective from September 1 , 2022.
Tuesdays, Thursdays and Saturdays: 7 pm to 9 pm
Sundays: 11 am to 1 pm.
Community Get-together:
Community Get-together and Lunch will be organized on 2nd , 3rd and 4th October 2022 i.e. Saptami, Ashtami and Nabami. While only Vegetarian lunch will be served on Saptami and Ashtami, Non-Vegetarian or Special Vegetarian lunch will be served on Nabami.
This year Food Coupons for Residents are priced as under:
• Saptami: Rs 80/-
• Ashtami: Rs 100/-
• Nabami : Rs 150/-
Residents are requested to collect the Food Coupons from respective Lane Members from 24th August to 28th September 2022.
For very elderly and sick residents who are suffering from mobility issues, arrangements for food parcels would be made. However, the parcels for such residents have to be collected from the Food counter by any member of their family on production of the Parcel Coupon and proper authorization. Respective Lane Members have to be intimated by a resident regarding requirement of Parcel Coupon.
