Dear Residents,

We are glad to inform you that this year the Cultural Sub-Committee has decided to organize the Cultural Functions (Song , Dance, Recitation, Drama etc.) in physical mode in a befitting manner as in pre-pandemic period during Durga Puja.  

In this regard we earnestly invite the participation from Residents of the Block.  

Time limit for Solo performance should be within 5 minutes and for Group performance 30 minutes. Interested participants are requested to submit the following details to the following members of the Cultural Sub Committee  by 2nd  September 2022 as per under mentioned format :  

1. Name and address of participant/participants.

2. Contact phone number.

3. Details of the cultural event.

4. Duration of the event.

5. Number of participants for the event

The Cultural Sub Committee has also planned to begin the inauguration ceremony on Panchami.

Decision of the Cultural Committee regarding selection and duration of program and performance date shall be final and binding on the participants.
