Notice is hereby given for kind information to all members of the Salt Lake F E Block Residents’

Association that the Annual General Meeting for the financial year 2022-23 of the block

Association will be held on Sunday the 25th June, 2023, at 4-00 pm at FE Block Community Centre

to transact the following business:

1. To confirm the minutes of the annual general meeting of 2021-22 held on June 26th 2022.

2. To adopt with or without modification the secretary’s report on functioning of the

association held during 2022-23.

3 To adopt the audited statement of accounts for the financial year 2022-23 along with the

auditors report thereon.

4. To appoint auditor for the year 2023-24.

5. To transact any other business and/or consider such resolution(s) as may properly be

brought forward by any member giving 14 days prior notice in writing to the Secretary.

6. To approve provisional budget for the year 2023-24.

7. To declare and adopt the recommendation of the Election Panel as the result of the election

process held by the Election Panel to decide on the Office Bearers and the

Lane Representatives for the Executive Committee to be formed for functioning of

the association for the year 2023-24 and 2024-25.

Secretary’s Annual Report and Audited Statement of Account for the year 2022-23 are

being circulated separately.
