Dear Residents,

We are glad to inform you that this year the Cultural Sub- Committee has decided to organize A the Cultural Functions (Song, Dance, Recitation, Drama etc.) in a befitting manner like previous years during Durga Puja.

Cultural events will take place in the evenings of Panchami (19 Oct), Sasthi (20th Oct), Ekadashi (25th Oct), Dadashi (26th Oct) and Traodashi (27 Oct) at our Community Centre arena.

In this regard we earnestly invite the participation from Residents of the Block.

Time limit for Solo performance should be within 5 minutes and for Group performance 30 minutes. Interested participants are requested to submit the following details to the following members of the Cultural Sub Committee by 15th September 2023 as per under mentioned format:

1. Name and address of participant/participants.

2. Contact phone number.

3. Details of the cultural event.

4. Duration of the event.

5. Number of participants for the event
