AGM Virtual on 28th June at 4pm

This is notified for the kind information of all the members of the Salt Lake FE Block Residents' Association that the Annual General Meeting for the financial year 2019-20 of the Block Association will be held on Sunday, the 28th June 2020, at 4 pm, to transact the following business:

1. To confirm the Minutes of the Annual General Meeting, 2018-19, held on the 30th June 2019.

2. To adopt with or without modification the Secretary's Report on functioning and activities of the Association held during 2019-20.

3. To adopt the Audited Statement of Accounts for the financial year 2019-20 along with Auditor's Report there on.

4. To appoint Auditor for the year 2020-21.

5. To transact any other business and/or consider such resolution(s) as may properly be brought forward by any member giving 14 days previous notice in writing to the secretary.

6. To approve provisional budget for the year 2020-21


Secretary's Annual Report and Audited Statement of Accounts for the year 2019-20 are being circulated separately in a book form.

Due to Government advisories following outbreak of COVID-19, this time the Annual General Meeting will be held in digital platform. Members, who would like to join the meeting, are requested to confirm their participation and submit the email address through which the link for digital connectivity will be sent. Over and above, in case some members are interested to join through Android/iPhone are requested to send their WhatsApp number in addition to email, so that the link can be sent through WhatsApp also in order to access the platform directly.
