Dear Residents,

It`s that time of the year again – time for our much-anticipated Annual Picnic! We warmly invite you to be a part of this joyous occasion filled with laughter, games, and good company on Sunday, 14th January 2024.

This year it will be held in a privately (P. Maulik) owned Picnic Spot in Kazipara, Barasat, which is approximately 25 Km from our block. The spot consists of a hall with attached toilets. Adjoining the hall, there is a sprawling open ground for leisure, a serene pond for tranquility, and also toilets. Residents can enjoy a variety of recreational activities for the whole day.

Breakfast will be given soon after reaching the spot. Later, snacks will be provided. In the afternoon lunch, and before departure, evening tea with biscuits will be served.

Note: Separate utensils will be used for cooking for vegetarians.

Contribution:

Individual adult resident participants: Rs. 500/- per head.

Individual adult non-resident participants: Rs. 700/- per head.

Children participants between 3 years and 10 years of age: Rs. 250/- per head

Children participants below 3 years of age: Free of charge

Departure from the Community Centre is 9.00 am and expected Return Time is 4.30 pm.

All residents are cordially invited to participate in the Annual Picnic. This is an excellent opportunity to unwind, enjoy outdoor activities, connect with neighbours, and enjoy a day away from routine.
