Dear Residents,

We are pleased to inform you that the Special General Meeting (SGM) 2024 for Puja Celebrations (Durga Puja, Lakshmi Puja, Kali Puja, and Saraswati Puja) will be held on Sunday, July 21, 2024, at 11:00 AM at the Community Centre.

All members and interested residents are cordially invited to attend themeeting.

The Agenda Items of the SGM: -

1) Formation of Puja Sub-Committees

2) Finalization of Yearly Subscriptions for Membership and Pujas (Yearly Membership subscription, Pujas subscription, and one-time special Puja subscription for 40th year of Puja this year, as approved by the AGM in its meeting held on June 9, 2024)

3) Budgetary Allocation for the Year 2024-25 (budgetary allocation for 2024-25 as approved by the AGM in its meeting held on June 9, 2024) 

4) Review of Puja Preparations

5) Miscellaneous
