Dear Residents,
We are in the final phase of collecting subscriptions for the year 2024-25 and issuing food coupons for the upcoming Community Get-Together.
Pending Subscriptions: Members who have not yet paid their subscription of Rs. 2,500/- (Rs. 1,000/- for Annual Membership, Rs. 1,000/- for Puja, and Rs. 500/- for the one-time 40th
Year Celebration fee) are kindly requested to make the payment at the earliest. You can pay your Lane Representatives or visit the Association Office (1st floor of the Community Centre)
between 8:00 PM and 9:00 PM daily.
Food Coupons: Food coupons for Get-Together can preferably be collected from your respective Lane Representatives. Alternatively, you can get them from the Association Office upon presenting subscription payment receipt during the same time (8:00 PM – 9:00 PM). The prices for the food coupons are:
Saptami Lunch (Thursday, 10th October 2024): Rs. 80/-
Ashtami Lunch (Friday, 11th October 2024): Rs. 120/-
Nabami Lunch (Saturday, 12th October 2024): Rs. 200/-
Bijaya Sammelani Dinner (Takeaway Parcel) (Tuesday, 15th October 2024): Rs. 70/-
Venue for Get-Together: This year’s lunch gatherings will be held at Rabindra Bhawan arena (at the junction of Rabindra Bhawan and FE-506/FE-503). The takeaway dinner parcels for
Bijaya Sammelani will be distributed from the Community Centre arena after the cultural program on 15th October 2024.
Takeaway Parcels: For our elderly members and those with mobility or health challenges, we are offering takeaway parcels for Saptami, Ashtami, and Nabami at a nominal packaging
charge of Rs. 20/- per parcel. These parcels must be collected by a family member or domestic help from the designated lunch venue between 12:30 PM and 2:30 PM.
The last date to collect Food Coupons from either your Lane Representatives or the Association office is Sunday, 6th October 2024. Kindly ensure that you collect the coupons
before this date to help us make proper arrangements and avoid any inconvenience during the Get-Together Lunches and Dinner.
