CIRCULAR REGARDING UPDATING THE TELEPHONE DIRECTORY OF MEMBERS OF

SALT LAKE FE BLOCK RESIDENTS’ ASSOCIATION

  This is for the kind information of all members of Salt Lake FE Block Residents’ Association that we are updating our Block Telephone Directory exhibiting our telephone numbers for incorporation in the coming Puja souvenir. Members, for their own benefit, are   requested to cooperate and furnish the desired information to enable the Block Association to serve more efficiently.   

A new member is requested to give his/her telephone number(s) in the form below.

An existing member is requested to give his/her new telephone number(s) in the form below only if he /she want to change or delete any existing number shown in the last Puja souvenir.

The filled-up form has to be given to the respective Lane Representative by 15th August. If an existing member does not give his/her new telephone number(s), it will be presumed that the telephone number(s) shown in the last Puja souvenir are still valid.
