With great concern it is being observed that a few incidents of rash driving have taken place in the FE Block in recent past, resulting in injury to some of the residents. It is also noticed that the incidents of such rash driving are not being regulated by the respective owners of the vehicle. In the event of any unfortunate occurrence, such accidents can take turn to an unbearable stage of major damage to the vehicle as well as human life. Under this circumstance, residents of the Block are strictly advised to keep an eye on maintaining reasonable speed limit (not more than 20 km per hour) within the lanes of the Block and any violation of this speed limit will be taken up seriously and necessary steps will be taken involving the administration and police administration. We had already communicated such concern to the police authority and they have assured of their best support and vigilance in future to come but as a conscious civic citizen, it is our duty to abide by the discipline and convince our neighbours to follow the rules and regulations so as to avoid any untoward incident leading to major injury to any of our residents. We again reiterate that all of you are requested to strictly adhere to this protocol as mentioned above, be it for self-driving or for the chauffeur.
Further to this, it is advised not to park vehicles on both side of the lane. Residents having multiple vehicles, are requested to use the inside parking space and to keep the cars parked in one side of the lane. This will help smooth movement of the vehicle. With such repeated appeal, it is expected that residents will follow this discipline with sincerity, otherwise necessary step will be taken involving police authority.
