We feel pleased to inform you that as we are bringing normalcy in the daily life within this pandemic situation, on demand/requests from the residents, we are opening up following facilities and FE Block Community Centre:

Library – on Monday, Wednesday, Friday – between 05:30 p.m. to 07:30 p.m.

Gym & Indoor Games – Monday to Saturday morning – 07:00 a.m. to 09:00 a.m. and every 07:00 p.m. to 10:00 p.m.

Safe distancing norm, wearing of masks and frequent washing of hand along with other guidelines issued by the statutory authorities have to be followed strictly. A separate Standard Operating Process (SOP) will be displayed in the respective places. Smt. Tandra Goswami, FE-297, Sri. Subhas Ray, FE-398, and Sri. Pankaj Kapoor, FE-437, will be responsible for the library, gym and indoor games respectively.

On 12th January 2021, Tuesday evening at 6 p.m., we will celebrate the birthday of Swami Vivekananda. It will be a virtual event. Sri. Shisir Ray, Sub-Editor, Anandabazar Patrika and Vedaswarupanandaji Maharaj (Director Youth Conference Department, Ramkrishna Mission Institute of Culture, Golpark will speak on the occasion. Salt Lake FE Block Residents` Association will celebrate Netaji`s birthday on 23rd January 2021, at 9 a.m., in the adjacent ground of the Community Centre. Similarly, on 26th January 2021, at 9 a.m., Republic Day will be celebrated with flag hoisting. On both the occasions physical presence will be restricted and safe distancing norm will be followed.
