Corona Vaccine at Subodh Mitra Cancer Hospital

Dear Residents,

Presumably you are aware that the vaccination programme has been initiated all across the country and you can register yourself online using the Co-Win App/Aarogya Setu App or logging into cowin.gov.in for vaccination in nearby centre. Citizens with age of 60 years and above and with age of 45 years and above with co morbidity  will be vaccinated in government approved centres.

In consideration of large number of senior citizens residing in our Block, we, on behalf of Association, tried to facilitate the process to help the residents getting vaccinated as quickly as possible. We feel glad in informing you that Subodh Mitra Cancer Hospital, IB-165, Salt Lake City, Sector-III, Kolkata – 700106, has offered their service to provide vaccination to the residents with effect from Monday, 15 th March 2021. Both online and on spot registration can be availed by the residents. They would require to carry mobile phone, Aadhaar Card and co morbidity certificate by registered medical practitioner forage group between 45-60 years in a format as attached. Each vaccination dose will require a deposit of Rs.250/-. Early vaccination will help us to overcome the crisis of pandemic and Association, as a very special case, was able to facilitate such arrangement, which, you can avail. However, this decision is optional at your own choice and risk and appropriate medical consultation should be done at your end before opting for vaccination.
