Dear Residents,

Further to our earlier Circular No. SLFEBRA/08/2020-21 dated 3rd September 2020, we feel glad in informing you that significant part of the renovation activity mentioned in the circular have been carried out and we have received encouraging response from the residents by way of making contribution towards the building fund. We would request the residents to contribute a minimum of Rs.1000/- who have not yet made the contribution. 

As mentioned, contributions for more than Rs.10,000/- will have a special mention in the Community Centre. Further to this, encouraged by the overwhelming cooperation from a few residents, we have decided to make a special mention in dedicated plaque for the residents who will be contributing Rs.50,000/- and more. Such mentions can be in the memory of any of your close relative/resident. Over and above, some of the existing facilities or newly created facilities like Library room, Office room, Doctor`s chamber, Guest room can be named after any of your close relative/resident subject to availability.

We are expecting to complete the renovation activity within end of March 2021 and therefore, request you to make your contribution at your earliest convenience.
