Dear Residents,
All of us know that we are passing through a deep crisis of second surge of COVID pandemic and like every citizen of the country, we are spending time with great anxiety and uncertainties. In order to fight the pandemic wave, we would require to abide by the precautionary protocols and should strictly adhere to wearing of mask, hand sanitization, safe distancing etc. As far as possible we should avoid market places, gathering and other places of public presence. Moreover, every citizen should get vaccination. We have earlier arranged for vaccination through Techno Global Subodh Mitra Cancer Hospital and would again try to organize such facility as soon as it would be available as policy. Meanwhile you may avail Government facilities for vaccination like Biddhannagar Hospital or Matrisadan in EE block as nearby location.
Now considering that there are large no of patients and many of them being in home isolation, Salt Lake FE block Resident`s Association decided to try to initiate a COVID assistance program for the benefit of our residents. The major components of this initiative would be as follows:
1. Oxygen facility may be available in home in limited manner from Techno Global Subodh Mitra Cancer Hospital, subject to availability and with production of prescription by Medical Practitioner. Techno Global Subodh Mitra Cancer Hospital will provide such facility at door step and you are requested to contact Sri Kallol Dutta, Secretary FE 206 (9748306205) for this purpose.
2. Home delivery of food may be arranged at cost .
The necessary co-ordination will be done by Ms Rakhi Sircar of FE 7/2 (9830096985) & Smt Sanghamitra Shah of FE 314 (9831607306).

3. Association will try to arrange for domestic help/ Para Medical services at cost, subject to availability.
4. We will try to arrange for home delivery of medicine and COVID test can be also carried out, if required on best effort basis.
