This is notified for the kind information of  all members of the  Salt Lake FE Block Association that the  Annual General Meeting for the financial year  2020-21 of the  block  association  will be held  on  Sunday the 27th June 2021, at 4 pm. to transact the following business :

To confirm the minutes of the annual general meeting of 2019-20 held on 5th July, 2020.

To adopt with or without modification the secretary`s reports on functioning of the association held during 2020-21.

To adopt the audited statement of accounts for the financial year 2020-21 along with auditors reports there on.

To appoint auditor for the year 2021-22.

To transact any other business and/or consider such resolution(s) as may properly be brought forward by any member giving 14 days previous notice in writing to the secretary.

To approve provisional budget for the year 2021-22.

To declare and adopt the recommendation of the Election Panel as the result of the election process held by the Election Panel to decide on the Office Bearers and the Lane Representatives for the Executive Committee to be formed for functioning of the association for the year 2021-22 and 2022-23.

P.S.: Secretary`s Annual Report and Audited Statement of account for the year 2020-21 are being circulated separately.

In order to adhere to the Government guidelines on COVID pandemic, the Annual General Meeting as mentioned above will be held online in digital platform, the link of which will be intimated to the members in due course.
