Covid Vaccine Camp on 4-Sep-2021
Dear Residents,
As a process of our continued effort for community healthcare, we are arranging for Covid-19 vaccination at our Community Centre on September 04, 2021 from 09-45 AM Onwards.
The vaccination camp will be organized by our Association in collaboration with Subodh Mitra Cancer Hospital and Research Centre, Salt Lake. Both first and second doses of the vaccination will be provided as required by the residents.
Covishield Vaccination will be provided to all age-groups of 18 years and above . The cost of each dose shall be Rs 780/- .
For persons intent to avail FIRST dose of vaccine, they will have to register at www. cowin.gov.in. After receiving registration id, they will have to enroll in website of our block (www.saltlakefeblock.in) . During enrolling they will be informed the date and time for vaccination. Please carry a photocopy of Aadhaar card printed both sides on the same page of the paper and note cowin registration id and mobile number attached to the cowin registration. Please carry the aforesaid photocopy and the original Aadhaar card on 29th August’21, Sunday or 30th August’21 Monday between 11AM and 1.30PM and 6.30 PM to 8PM to make payment. The photo copy of Aadhar will be stamped which is required along with the original Aadhaar card on the date of vaccination.
All payments as per above schedule have to be made at Ist floor of our Community Centre.
The recipients of the SECOND dose shall follow the procedure for enrolling in our block website only. They are not required to go to the Co-win app.
Enrollment on our website (www.saltlakefeblock.in) begins on 26th August ’21 from 12 noon.
Non-residents of FE block can also enroll based on the availability of slots after allowing required slots to our block residents.
Residents are requested to follow Covid appropriate guidelines on the day of vaccination and enrollment days.
