Dear Residents,

As a process of our continued effort for community healthcare, we are arranging for Covid-19 vaccination at our Community Centre on February 27, 2022 from 10.30 AM onwards.

The vaccination camp will be organized by our Association in collaboration with Subodh Mitra Cancer Hospital and Research Centre, Salt Lake. The priority is for our senior residents who have become eligible for booster dose. 

First and second dose of the vaccination will also be provided to residents who are 18 years and above and have not yet taken a dose of Covid vaccine.

Covishield Vaccination will be provided. Please register with a fee of Rs 100/- There are no other costs. Registration will be done at the Community centre from 7.00 p.m. to 9.00 p.m. on 23.02.22 and 24.02.22.

Please carry a photocopy of Aadhaar card printed both sides on the same page of the paper for registration. 

Residents are requested to follow Covid appropriate guidelines on the day of vaccination.
